In our attempt to deliver excellent support to you, we have added a Forum to our site, from where you can browse through our I.T. related topics. Here you can have access to unlimited information about everyday I.T. issues which may concern you. You can start your own topic to get feedback from other PC users and experts.

We have made available an exclusive Zephyr-Rain Client Support area. Once you are a valid client, you can request online help, or browse through issues posted by other clients. Our goal is to make this a learning experience, and at the same time, be able to provide you with support 24/7.

In order to access this Customer Support Area, you must first log into www.zephyr-rain.com, select "Forums" from our menu at the top or left hand side.  Or you may use this link to go directly to our Forums: www.zephyr-rain.com/Invision. Then proceed to register as a member, by clicking on the register option.  After your registration, you will be able to log into our client area "Client Support Q & A". A password is required for this area. In order to access this Client Area, please call us at 665-9009 to request a password.  Passwords will only be given to persons who can be validated by our Staff.
